However
charming the “heritage” part of Georgetown
is on the outside, the old houses certainly lack in sound isolation
on the inside [or perhaps we Finns are a bit spoiled when it comes to
isolation, eh?]. Anyhow, the thin walls combined with the heat, the
mosquitos, the air con and a windowless room made up for a series of
restless nights.
On
the positive side, leaving the sausages untouched yesterday seemed to
get the though across, and this morning we only got
- white beans in tomato sauce, fried egg & toast
- coffee
